To service you up to our standards, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Painting time
The painting process of the Home Collection or Limited Edition paintings will start right after your order. Our average processing time ranges between 20-30 business days, depending on the painting's complexity and the artist. This time represents the painting and drying process. If you order an original artwork from one of our featured artists, there will be a shorter processing time since the artwork will only need to be prepared for shipment. If you have any questions regarding the processing time, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Shipping time
Framed paintings are shipped using DHL Express, while rolled canvas paintings are shipped via FedEx and UPS Express.
The average time to ship your artwork will be:
US, CA: 1-3 business days
AU, NZ: 2-4 business days
EU: 1-3 business days
Rest of the world: 2-5 business days
All paintings are shipped after the painting, framing, and quality inspection is completed. These processes can take up to 30 business days. All paintings include 100% insurance coverage.
Pieces that are shipped with a frame:
Paintings bought with a frame or stretched canvas are shipped with DHL Express Shipping.
Pieces that are shipped out without a frame:
Paintings shipped without framing are sent as a rolled canvas.

Shipping information
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
